URGENT REQUIREMENT
POST : DESIGN ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION : Job Description (Essential Exposure to Areas)
The Engineer Design shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
�� Projects study and scheduling of the tasks involved
�� Client/consultants communications for queries/clarifications.
�� Co-ordination with internal departments like projects, purchase, planning etc.
�� Should have been worked in preferably manufacturing companies involved in process
equipments/power plant equipments
�� Should have designed equipments using various codes like ASME Sec VIII div.I, II, API, TEMA,
HEI, IBR, BS/ UBC codes etc.
�� Should have designed/ checked calculations & drawings of various equipments using design
software��s like PVElite, Autocad, etc.
�� Should have knowledge of ISO audit pertaining to design activities.
�� Perform all Design activities covering all engineering phases from basic, detail, commissioning, and
construction according to the contractual requirements.
�� Follow standards / formats / check lists to carry out routine work.
�� Standardization of products/components/materials/designs.
